Join us for a  2 hour Instructor-Led workshop by Lioness Self Defense. We'll help you master the art of being situationally aware and turning everyday objects into your personal shield (yes, your handbag could be the ultimate weapon!). Led by experienced self-defense expert, Jane, this class will cover a range of essential skills, from basic situational awareness to practical physical maneuvers.Â
Elevate your awareness of your surroundings, learn how to effectively diffuse potentially risky situations, and master fundamental techniques that can make all the difference. This isn't just about physical moves; it's about fostering an unshakable self-assuredness.
Wear athletic/comfy clothing - bring a mat or something to sit on if you have one.
