Get out and active! We're exploring hike locations around the Atlanta area and will be following with a stretch session led by Health Coach & Fitness Instructor ARW Member, Lindsay Wenndt!

MEET AT THIS LOCATION: 4055 Roswell Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30342, USA
We will be meeting in the parking lot by the trail. Hike will start at 10:15 AM.
ABOUT THE HIKE
It's in Buckhead and it's a city park / nature preserve, so free parking (yay!). Very easy 2-3 miles through woods, wildflower fields, a community garden, and a small waterfall. No dogs allowed, but tennis shoes are very much okay. Wear bugspray!
