Get out and active! We're exploring hike locations around the Atlanta area and will be following with a stretch session led by Health Coach & Fitness Instructor ARW Member, Lindsay Wenndt!

This month we will be hiking at Helen and Anna Ruby Falls. Hike will start at 10:00 AM, carpool leaves at 8:00 AM and will meet at the Walmart at 4725 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Dunwoody, GA 30338. Meet near the Auto Center.

We'll meet at the Anna Ruby Falls visitor's center (3455 Anna Ruby Falls Rd, Helen, GA 30545). Restrooms are at the visitor's center, and remember to bring $5 for parking. After the hike, we can have lunch at Hofer's Bakery and Cafe for those who want some excellent German food. 

It's a good idea to bring: Bring minimum 2L water and bug spray.
