CARPOOL LOCATION: 4725 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Dunwoody, GA 30338

Get out and active! We're exploring hike locations around the Atlanta area and will be following with a stretch session led by Health Coach & Fitness Instructor ARW Member, Lindsay Wenndt!

This month we will be hiking at Amicalola Falls. Hike will start at 10:00 AM, carpool leaves at 8:30 AM. Carpool will meet at the Walmart at 4725 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Dunwoody, GA 30338. Meet near the Auto Center.

We'll meet at Amicalola Falls Lodge (418 Amicalola Falls State Park Rd, Dawsonville, GA 30534).  We'll hike the East Ridge Trail, which is a 2.1 mile loop trail up to the falls. 

Bring $5 for parking and a picnic lunch for yourself as we will be enjoying the views by the falls!

It's a good idea to bring: Bring minimum 2L water and bug spray.
