To prepare for for a sound bath, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. It's best to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. You may bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit or lie down on, a blanket for warmth, and a bottle of water for hydration. We also advise turning off or silencing your electronic devices to ensure an uninterrupted and seren experience.
