Grooves & Gratitude: A Hip Hop Holiday Experience

Get ready to move with purpose and connect with ATL Rising Women + Jess Pfeffer Holistic Event Planning! "Grooves & Gratitude" is all about showing yourself some love while through an interactive hip-hop class with our featured teacher, Zoe.

We’ll kick off with a warm-up yoga flow to warm up, then dive into some beginner hip-hop moves that’ll have you feeling amazing. You’ll wrap up the session with a short dance combo that’s all about expressing yourself and having a great time!

Wear your comfiest gear (shorts, sweatpants, leggings, t-shirts, hoodies, sneakers).

This will be beginner-friendly and NO dance experience is required, just an open mind :)

Due to a high level of no shows and limited space at this event, a small fee is required. Please ensure you're able to attend the event before securing your spot!

About Zoe: Zoe (she/her) is a professional dancer that fell in love with yoga. She has been dancing through the grocery isles since she was 9 years old. Zoe has trained in hip-hop, jazz, tap, heels, and Waacking and her credits include Ashlee Keating, Tony Talks, Mike Teezy, Doom Patrol, Wicked City, and more. Zoe found yoga in ATL in 2017 and has been teaching vinyasa since then. Yoga became a space she could just be without any pressure of perfection. She strives to create a safe space for every person to move their bodies without judgment or expectations— a space to be free, explore, and release— whether that’s on the dance floor or their yoga mat.

Please arrive by 6:45pm to park and get settled into the space, see attached photos for the location, art gallery on the corner across from Kroger on the beltline next to Ponce City Market(parking garage available) under Signal House

-the staircase to the right of Pancake Social on North Ave. will take you directly to the venue (art gallery) there is an elevator also 

-there is nearby free street parking too 

-parking available in Ponce City Market or Signal House (make sure to note which one!)
