Join us for "Beltline Fitness Babes" – a dynamic outdoor event tailored for women who love to get active and connect with like-minded individuals! Kickoff a refreshing journey along the scenic Westside Beltline, where fitness meets fun. Led by a fitness instructor, this outdoor event will be a mix of walking, jogging and intermittent heart-pumping fitness stops for squats, jumping jacks & more!
What to wear: Fitness attire
What to bring: Water bottle & fanny pack for keys

About the Event Host:
Certified as a trainer in 2015, Rachael began her journey by helping women achieve their fitness goals. She then transitioned into a successful career in cybersecurity engineering. Despite her professional achievements, she felt a disconnect from her true passion and purpose. This realization led to the birth of FemSweat, a platform Rachael created to continue her mission of empowering women through fitness. FemSweat transcends traditional fitness programs, focusing on nurturing wellness, balance, and community among all women, guiding them to reclaim their strength, joy, and purpose.
