Join us for "Beltline Fitness Babes" – a dynamic outdoor event tailored for women who love to get active and connect with like-minded individuals! Kickoff a refreshing journey along the scenic Westside Beltline, where fitness meets fun.

This session is led by ARW Member & Fitness Coach, Kara Flowers! This outdoor event will be a mix of walking, jogging and intermittent heart-pumping fitness stops for squats, jumping jacks & more!

Kara is a NBC-HWC fitness and wellness industry leader with over 20 years of experience. No stranger to “healthy living” Kara began her fitness career competing and eventually winning 1st Place and Overall in The Arnold Amateur Classic Figure Competition.  After receiving her Master's Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Corporate Health and Wellness, Kara's career has included developing wellness programming to managing corporate fitness facilities with memberships ranging from 400 to 800. 

Kara loves to interact and have a direct impact on people’s lives so she continues to teach healthy lifestyle behaviors and fitness classes. A firm believer in good health Kara finds joy in helping clients reach their health and fitness goals through exercise and proper nutrition. She not only teaches these health practices, but she also lives them... everyday.

Time: 11 AM

Location: Westside Beltine - Cultured South (Back Patio)

Parking: Free parking in large lot outside. Park in front of Cultured South/Best End Brewing and walk behind the building. We are in a green space in the back
