About ATL Rising Women

"I created ATL Rising Women in 2019 with the intention of shining a spotlight on Atlanta women as a media & events company. The vision has evolved and ARW is now one of Atlanta's quickest growing women's networking organizations. ARW mission is twofold: to empower us collectively in our pursuit of individual goals and to create meaningful connections as we navigate adulthood.

During my college journey, I worked at the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, held a role within the Nebraska Women in Business organization's leadership team, and worked at the University's Career Services. In these multifaceted roles, I honed my expertise in event programming and hosting, nurturing a passion for creating a space for connection and personal development.

Upon my relocation to Atlanta, I found inspiration in the collective of women who were trailblazing their unique paths. While Atlanta has numerous influential organizations, I recognized a gap in the landscape—one that called for a diverse community emphasizing the strength of a well-rounded woman, encompassing the social, professional, and impactful dimensions of life.

 

Diversity is a core value of ARW as it is our compass to broader horizons. Whether it be women of different industries, race or age - it expands our perspectives and reminds us that our differences are a source of strength, not division.

ATL Rising Women is an events and networking organization dedicated to fostering meaningful connections across diverse industries. 

​

The company has grown membership to several hundred women throughout the city. We are proud to collaborate with over 50 Atlanta small businesses. To date, ARW has successfully curated and hosted more than 70 engaging in-person and virtual events. ARW thrives by the support of Event Hosts/Community Managers and our partners who we host events with.
