Join us for an uplifting evening of movement, wellness, and giving back! Pop into one (or both!) of our fitness classes — 5PM Pilates and 6PM Strength and/or hang out in the lobby for :

💆♀️ Free bodywork sessions including massage, manual therapy, and chiropractic
👩⚕️ Wellness vendor fair featuring:
OutRun Physical Therapy - physical therapy services
Harmony Nutrition - dietetics services
The Peaceful Place - mental health resources
Kemper Pelvic Physio - pelvic floor physical therapy
Star Dynamic Wellness - orthopedic manual therapy services
Dr. Ashlee Wood - chiropractic care
Clarity Fitness - weight inclusive virtual and in person fitness services
All proceeds support Center for Movement Challenges, a local nonprofit helping those with Parkinson’s and MS. All school supplies donations go to City of Decatur Schools.
