ARW River Float

ARW Shoots the Hooch! Join us on group scenic lazy river float down the Chattahoochee river. This event is open to ARW Members, learn how to join here. 

💦 Everyone must have a life jacket and the tube rental company provides the life jacket with the tube rental

🍹 ARW will provide cooler tubes + waters + White Claws. BYOB - Bring Your Own Beverage if you'd like another option! (No glass containers or styrofoam)

🕐 Duration: 2.5-3.5 hours

Day of Details

Please arrive by 12:30 PM so we can ensure we all board the shuttle bus together. This will take us upstream so that we can float back down to our cars. We will be getting on the water at 1 PM and will arrive back to the cars around 3:30 or 4 :30 pm. Due to the company's process, we cannot wait for our group to go at a later time if you are late.

WAIVER

Waivers will be emailed out and must be completed prior to the trip. If you do not sign the waiver prior to arriving, you will not be able to participate.

PARKING

Note from "Shoot the Hooch":

Once you have parked your car, our blue and white shuttle bus will pick you up at the NPS parking ticket machine.

We recommend a dry bag or Ziplock bag for your keys, phone, and wallet. There are no lockers available at this location.

Due to the COVID 19 CDC protocol, there may be a delay in shuttles. Please bear with us, we are trying to accommodate and keep our guests safe.
