Meet Tashe' Allen, the Money Mindset Mentor
Hometown: Charleston, SC
Please introduce yourself and walk us through your story.
I am a mother and wife but most importantly I am a woman who decided to step out of her comfort zone and fulfill her passion. I started my journey of self discovery in early 2019 because I was tired of being mediocre. I read books, hired coaches, attended seminars, purchased online courses, you name it I bought it. I wanted to know what was the secret to success.
On this journey, I discovered that if I wanted to change my results I would have to change my inside. I figured out that secret and applied those same principles to money. Now I am teaching women how to clear limiting beliefs that are keeping them from manifesting the money they desire.
What challenges have you faced along the way? How did you overcome these challenges?
The biggest challenge I had was imposter syndrome. I overcame it by clearing the beliefs that I had to be an "EXPERT" in the personal development field. I now look at myself as a contributor to the industry and not a "GURU".
What made you begin pursuing a side business?
It was time I started monetizing my skillset and I wanted my kids to see that being an entrepreneur is an option vs the traditional going to school, getting good grades and going to college.
What is the best memory surrounding your career or business thus far?
Having women email me, or comment on one of my videos saying thank you because they didn't know how their mindset was hurting their income.
What is your focus on lately?
I am focusing on building my tribe.
Do you have any quotes or sayings that you live by? What are they?
"Don't seek success, become a person of value"
"This is what a wealthy woman looks like"
"I am a money magnet "
What is your ideal day around ATL?
My ideal day would be eating in the truck at The Varsity with my family and taking the kids to the park afterwards.
What do you like to do in your free time? Do you have any passions outside your side business?
Outside my business I enjoy working out in my free time.
