Meet India Fiasco, an Atlanta Self-Taught Chef & Student
We're excited to introduce India Fiasco, an Atlanta Self-Taught Chef and Student.

India, tell us a little bit about your journey and how you got to where you are today.
I am a 21-year-old self-taught chef. I started my business just over a year ago. Since opening my business I have been able to grow vastly in the culinary arts field and show other young entrepreneurs that the sky is the limit!I specialize in personal chef services, meal preps, and catering events!

I started cooking as a whole to save money to go towards my flight account since I am in school to become a cargo pilot. Nevertheless, me posting to my story and feed turned into one person after the next asking me how much do I charge. Eventually, I made the decision to start the cooking business and I have received endless support ever since.

Did you face any challenges along the way? How did you overcome these challenges?
One challenge that EVERY chef will face is learning your market and how much to charge. Food goes up and down so when people ask us “how much” that is one of the most challenging questions to answer right off. I always say, please provide more information and I will get back with you.
