Unleash your inner strength and confidence at our empowering 2-hour self-defense workshop exclusively crafted for women!

Join us for a  2 hour Instructor-Led workshop by Lioness Self Defense. We'll help you master the art of being situationally aware and turning everyday objects into your personal shield (yes, your handbag could be the ultimate weapon!). Led by experienced self-defense expert, Jane, this class will cover a range of essential skills, from basic situational awareness to practical physical maneuvers. 

Elevate your awareness of your surroundings, learn how to effectively diffuse potentially risky situations, and master fundamental techniques that can make all the difference. This isn't just about physical moves; it's about fostering an unshakable self-assuredness.

Wear athletic/comfy clothing - bring a mat or something to sit on if you have one.

Self Defense items will be available for purchase after the meetup.

What You Will Learn:

✅Situational awareness

✅Stances &  moving in those stances

✅How/where to strike

✅How to get out of various holds on foot

✅How to take back the advantage point if you're on the ground
