Join us for the monthly Mindset + Accountability Circle to help you build the confidence and courage to be your full self while having fun! This event is FREE for ARW Members and $25 for General Admission/Non-Members.

This meetup is led by Business & Mindset Coach, Lashana West, at her Content Creation studio Pop Up and Create! This is an event to help with goal accountability in various areas of life, you don't have to have a business to attend!

Being a part of a community that prioritizes growth, accountability and empowerment can make all the difference in achieving your personal and professional aspirations. Our group creates a safe and supportive space where women can share their goals, struggles, and successes with each other. Together, we'll help each other stay accountable to our commitments, celebrate our wins and learn from our challenges.

Accountability groups offer numerous benefits, including:

About The Host

LaShana West is a Business Therapist and Mindset Coach that has been serving in the mental health field for over 20 years spending the early years of her career working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.  This is where she learned the importance of having true compassion and engaging in servant leadership.  She then went on to gain a wealth of experience with program restructuring, training, staff development, quality assurance, and mastering an evidence-based behavior modification teaching model for children and families.  

All of these learning opportunities have positioned her to serve and step into a new direction by helping others in the creative and entrepreneurial field.  With the mental health background coupled with the business acumen LaShana is able to help the "whole person".  LaShana uses a Life Coaching and Business Blend in her approach to help her clients get laser focused results!  She helps them pinpoint and breakthrough the mental blocks that are holding them back.  LaShana believes that past unresolved trauma and imposter syndrome are common barriers for most people no matter if you're a 9-5er or an entrepreneur. But with support and accountability you can do ANYTHING that your heart desires!

NO SHOW POLICY

Our goal is to accommodate as many ladies as possible, avoid unused spots and create the best experience possible. We have experienced a high volume of no shows. To accomodate all, ARW has a 3 strikes policy. If you no show 3 times, your membership will be cancelled and you will need to register as a Non-Member to any events.

In the event you need to cancel your RSVP, please do so 12 hours in advance by emailing info@atlrisingwomen.com.
